1. Purpose of EarthShield

EarthShield is an independent global initiative that enables people around the world to symbolically support humanitarian, scientific, environmental and educational projects through equal participation.

Every participant is considered equal. Every signature has exactly the same value.

2. Participation

By submitting your signature, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating in EarthShield and that the information you provide is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Public Display of Signatures

Submitted signatures may appear on the EarthShield Wall of Signatures and may also be incorporated into future EarthShield projects, exhibitions, educational initiatives, scientific missions or other activities related to the EarthShield mission.

EarthShield does not claim ownership of your identity, but you grant EarthShield a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to display and use your submitted signature solely in connection with its mission and projects.

4. Contributions

Financial contributions are voluntary and symbolic. Contributions help support the development, operation and future projects of EarthShield.

Unless required by applicable law, contributions are non-refundable once successfully processed.

5. Intellectual Property

The EarthShield name, logo, website design, graphics, texts and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

EarthShield strives to keep the website accurate, secure and continuously available. However, no guarantee is made that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarthShield shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
